Discover the art of crafting your own vermouth! In this hands-on class, students will create either a sweet or dry vermouth using a selection of herbs, spices, and botanicals. Along the way, you'll learn a brief history of vermouth and its role in classic cocktails. Each participant will take home a 12oz glass bottle of their custom creation to enjoy and experiment with at home. Perfect for cocktail enthusiasts and DIY spirit makers alike!

Suzie Anker, of Anker Bar and Events Co. is a Fredericksburg-based bartender extraordinaire and has been serving up spirits at some of the city’s most popular events through the years. Her classes combine the history of cocktails and their ingredients with a contemporary insight on mixing and preparing specialty drinks.
